ORDERS AND SHIPPING



Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-8 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after they are placed. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Any status updates requested on orders within our processing times may not be responded to.


Pre-orders
Depending on product volume and processing time, all pre-orders will be opened and closed as soon as possible. By pre-ordering from Laddy Holistics, you agree that items may not be in stock at the time of pre-ordering. However, all items will be shipped once they are restocked and processed.

We offer USPS Ground (Domestic) and USPS Worldwide Economy (International) or UPS or DHL.
Please note that these estimated delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the selected shipping method, the destination, and the weight of the package. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of the shipping carrier, and the package is no longer under our control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged orders during shipping. 

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees etc imposed by the destination country.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.


Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Changes to Order
Once an order has been placed, the items purchased cannot be changed, so please be sure to select the correct items and input the accurate information carefully.

Received Missing/Incorrect Items
If the order is received with incorrect or missing items, please contact us. We will happily either issue a refund for missing/incorrect item or replace missing/incorrect item.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. Any claim after the first one will need to be directed to and handled by the carrier.
