Refunds
At Laddy Holistics, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must have arrived damaged or defective, and proof must be provided. Take photos using any 'date and time stamp app' within the first 48 hours of delivery. This is to protect our company from fraud. After careful investigation, a one-time refund or replacement for damaged or defective items will be offered. If the refund option is chosen, it will be issued and processed within 5-14 business days. Any future damages must be handled with the shipping carrier.

E-books are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refund requests for gift cards, whether physical or electronic.
Returns
Suppose your package is returned to us unopened due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery. In that case, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost and 25% restocking fee within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier. We do not reship packages.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
IF YOUR COUNTRY COLLECTS CUSTOM FEES, TARIFFS, OR TAXES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchange requests. This policy is in place to ensure our product's integrity and quality and to prioritize the safety and satisfaction of all our customers (to prevent cross-contamination).

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been moved to fulfillment and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Our products are not mass-produced and are made by hand. We try to get things as perfect as possible, however please allow some minor variations with our products and/or their packaging due to their handmade nature.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a valid reason for requesting a refund based on the above criteria. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to support your claim.
